White Lodge Loewen Gardens is found in the Dempsey area of Singapore, a 5-minute bus ride from Holland Village. This preschool hosts Parent and Child classes that are suitable for children aged 6 months to 2.5 years and can be attended with any caregiver including helpers. White Lodge Loewen Gardens has an outdoor play area and indoor gym and suits younger children up to 4.5 years old.

Loewen Gardens was originally the site of a nutmeg plantation that later became Tanglin Barracks for British troops.
The site was also once the headquarters of the Far East Land Forces, and later the headquarters of the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) and the Central Manpower Base (CMPB). Dempsey Road is now a flourishing lifestyle-and-entertainment enclave.
