At BestCare Montessori, the integration of Montessori Method and Early Childhood Care Education Program is supported by a team of dedicated, trained Childcare Practitioners, Montessori Directors and teachers.
We create a safe and conducive environment to inspire our children to develop life-long, positive learning attitudes. Our goal is to ensure that the learning process is a fun and meaningful experience where children gain knowledge with understanding.
Our Programs
Montessori Work comprises 5 essential areas:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Cultural Understanding
- Sensorial Exercises
- Practical Life Skills
The Montessori exercises are age and child-readiness dependent. The focus areas for Nursery Class (two and three-years old) are Practical Life Skills, Sense Training and Cultural Understanding. During this time, it is important that the child develops the abilities of concentration, coordination, independence and a sense of order, which are critical success factors that influence later learning of mathematic concepts and linguistic capability.
As the child matures and experiences sensitive periods for writing (3.5 to 5 years old) and reading (4.5 to 6 years old), the school program will provide for this development at appropriate times. For example, a child at 4+ years old would progress to using an individual writing book.
