The Singapore Pre-School Accreditation Framework (SPARK) is a quality assurance framework that assists pre-schools in Singapore in raising their quality. SPARK aims to provide recognition and support for pre-school leaders in their efforts to improve teaching and learning, administration and management processes to enhance the holistic development and well-being of young children. It serves as a guide for pre-schools to understand what they should be striving to achieve, and provides a benchmark for pre-schools to measure themselves against, and establish for themselves the extent of their achievements.

We educate children from 2 months old to six years of age – till they are ready for primary school. We offer after-school care for children aged 7 to 12 years old. Our full range of services provides a sense of continuity and enables your child to continue learning in a familiar environment.
Our premises are designed to provide a spacious, safe and creative environment for learning and outdoor activities.
Cherie Hearts’ SPIRAL Literacies Model™ reconceptualises children’s learning of early literacy and numeracy. It equips children with critical capabilities for 21st Century living and lifelong learning which are essential in helping children adapt to a rapidly changing globalised world where demographics and technological advancements drive the future.
The Branch Director, Ms Jerlyn Tan, has handpicked and nurtured a caring team of educators whom are always eager to hear from the parents and to share a child’s progress with his/ her parents. We also organize regular events, allowing our children to showcase their talent to build their confidence levels. Parents are encouraged to participate in these events. At Cherie Hearts DiscoveryLand, parents are not just customers but are seen as partners in a child’s development. Some of our events are also supported by our Parent Support Group.
We offer an excellent bilingual programme in English and Mandarin as well as a variety of enrichment courses such as Music, Arts, and Speech & Drama lessons via external vendors.
