At Cherie Hearts @ Upper Thomson, we strongly believe that early childhood is the most critical period of an individual’s growth and development. Our goal is to help children develop positive self-images and to explore their natural sense of wonder. Keeping this in mind, we create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for our children to begin their journey of life’s discovery.
Our colourful and conducive classrooms have ample spaces for children’s exploration and interaction. Learning corners are created to facilitate active learning, thereby enhancing a child’s learning experience. Opportunities are created for children to interact and collaborate with one another.
Our curriculum, based on the belief that children learn through fun and creative methods, also provides them with strong learning foundations. Programmes are also designed to encourage our children to explore and to encourage growth and development.
In addition to being passionate about children, our experienced team of teachers is also committed to overcoming any possible obstacle faced by children. Besides the emphasis on character development, we focus on imparting children with the right moral values, deeming this as of immense importance and believing that it should be at the core of a child’s upbringing.
We emphasise on strong parent partnership as we believe that parents are the primary educators of their children. With that, parental involvements are encouraged in every aspect of our curriculum, where possible.
