Chocolate Atelier was founded in 2011 by Reto Marzari, who started his Career in Luzern Switzerland in 1963.

We will teach not only courses in chocolate making but a wide variety of subjects such as baking cakes, cookies,making ice-cream, catering to lay people as well as professionals and children (min. 12 years)
