DPS International School, Singapore, was founded in 2004 with the objective of meeting a growing need of the Indian expatriate community for a world-class school that incorporates the best practices of Indian and western educational institutions.
Our vision of nurturing academic and co-curricular excellence while moulding socially responsible global citizens has helped us to carve a niche for ourselves in the Singapore educational arena.
A growing demand for an international curriculum in addition to the one endorsed by the CISCE (Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations) led to our accreditation from the CIE (Cambridge International Examinations) and we introduced the IGCSE and the A Level curriculum with great success.
DPS is the proud recipient of a special letter of commendation from the CIE, which has reinforced our faith in our team’s vision and plan for attaining greater heights of success and recognition.
Our academic achievers have continued our proud tradition of winning accolades in the CIE as well as CISCE exams, and more than 90% of our students score A* or its equivalent.
Many of our students have the unique distinction of achieving the AICE Diploma with Distinction, conferred on those students who opt for subjects drawn from three curriculum areas: mathematics and science, languages, and arts and humanities.
Dipsites have been offered seats in highly ranked universities around the world, most notably, NYU Stern School of Business, MIT, NUS among others.
