NTUC LearningHub (LHUB™) was corporatised on 1 August 2004. Initially set up in 1982 as the NTUC Computer Training Centre, a division under the Skills Development Department of the NTUC Administration and Research Unit, the organisation has evolved to meet the burgeoning training needs of Singaporeans to continuously keep pace with the dynamic business economy.

In this era of exacting competition, we recognise the need to sustain human capital value, and have been staying abreast of the training needs of our workforce for the past two decades. To date, LHUB™ has trained more than 700,000 executives and working adults, and has worked with more than 10,000 organisations to identify training needs, define curriculum roadmaps and deliver contemporary training programmes.
