At YWCA Child Development Centres, our curriculum is based on quality preschool education syllabus provided by the Ministry of Education, Singapore. This includes a broad range of content across disciplines that are socially relevant, intellectually engaging and personally meaningful to children.
Our curriculum goals:
- To ensure that our children develop a genuine zest for knowledge with a positive attitude towards learning.
- To help our children develop confidence and a positive self-concept. Learn to respect others and engage with others to work through differences. Learn to function as members of a team.
The Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA) of Singapore now runs nine Child Development Centres, including an integration programme for children with special needs to cater to the growing needs of our younger generation. YWCA has taken the great step forward and moved with the times, meeting the challenges required for the 21st Century. We are now a leading provider of quality and affordable childcare in Singapore.
